Thank you for visiting and shopping at SuntoyShop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.
Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (unless you have made payment via EFT - in this case, we need to wait for the funds to reflect in our account, which can take 2-3 working days, depending on which bank you are using) - if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing and deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Orders can take up to 7 working days to be processed and then delivered (unless you are located in an outlying area - then please allow for additional delivery days). If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Unless it is stipulated that delivery is free or a flat fee, the delivery rate will be based on the weight and dimensions of the product. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Your delivery address
Please ensure to provide a valid delivery address that you will be available at from 8am-4pm on weekdays (we cannot guarantee certain delivery hours). In the case that the courier delivers to an incorrect address any surcharges will be billed to your account.
Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s).
Delivery outside of South Africa
We do not currently deliver outside South Africa.
Suntoy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
